猴頭菇厚螺片湯
湯包材料:猴頭菇、厚螺片、淮山、杞子、玉竹、蜜棗
功效:滋陰補腎,補脾益氣
可另加:豬展或瘦肉
步驟1:加入12碗水於煲內,放入材料。
步驟2:以大火煮滾後,轉小火約1.5小時後熄火。
步驟3:於飲湯前加入適量鹽調味及大火翻滾,即可飲用。
Ingredients: Lion’s Mane Mushroom,sliced whelk,
Candied Dates,Chinese Yam,Wolfberry,Yuzhu
Additional ingredient:Pork shank / Lean Meat
Step 1:Place all the materials into the pot and add 3L of water inside 。
Step 2:Boil over high heat.After boiling ,change fire
to low heat for approximately 1.5 hours and then switch off。
Step 3:Add a teaspoon of salt to taste and boil again before serving。
