止咳潤肺湯 (4至6人份量)
功效:清燥熱、化痰、滋陰補腎、潤肺養顏
成份:雪梨乾、海底椰、卷苓、南杏
可另加:豬展或瘦肉
需另外自備:川貝及甘草
步驟 1.加入12碗水於煲內,放人材料
步驟 2.以大火煮滾後,轉小火煲1.5小時
步驟 3.於飲湯前加入適量鹽調味及大火翻滾,即可飲用。
Ingredients: Dried pear ,Sea Coconut,Almonds
Additional ingredient:Pork shank / Lean Meat
Step 1:Place all the materials into the pot and add 3L of water inside 。
Step 2:Boil over high heat.After boiling ,change fire
to low heat for approximately 1.5 hours and then switch off。
Step 3:Add a teaspoon of salt to taste and boil again before serving。
